Our Story
Ryan and Melissa were introduced by mutual friends and immediately grew very fond of one another. For their first date, Ryan thought he would appeal to Melissa's asian roots by taking her to sushi, where he quickly realized she had no idea how to use chopsticks. Late night conversations over extra dirty martinis turned into years of good times and unforgettable moments. They have enjoyed one of the longest honeymoon stages ever ;-) having the time of their lives traveling the world, celebrating countless birthdays, and spending time with good friends & family. When the pandemic struck and the world seemingly fell into chaos overnight, Melissa & Ryan grew even closer and realized that the bond they shared could stand the test of time. In the winter of 2022, Ryan got down on one knee and asked Melissa for her hand in marriage, and of course she said, "YES!"
